About me
My name is Ryan, and CDLStudyNotes started during my own CDL journey.
When I began preparing for the CDL written tests, I quickly felt overwhelmed. The official manuals were long, dense, and full of information that didn’t always show up on the test. I found myself rereading pages without really retaining what mattered.
To make things easier, I started writing my own notes. I simplified the topics, focused on key concepts, and organized everything in a way that made it easier to review and remember.
After earning my CDL and starting work as a commercial driver, I shared these notes with other candidates. Many told me the same thing: the notes were clearer, faster to study, and easier to remember than traditional manuals.
